1. Introduction
Welcome to Engraving These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services provided by Ecommerce Engraving S.R.L. (hereafter referred to as "the Company"). By accessing and purchasing through our site, you agree to comply with these Terms.
2. Definitions

- "User": Refers to any visitor or customer on our site.
- "Product": Refers to personalized jewelry available on our website.
3. User Agreement
By accessing this site, you confirm that you agree to comply with these Terms.
4. Ordering Process
Orders are placed exclusively through our website. Select the product, personalize it, add to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Available payment methods are cash on delivery (COD) and card payments, with all currencies supported. After placing an order, customers can request changes within 12 hours. Due to the personalized nature of our products, once engraving has started, cancellation is no longer possible.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship to Slovenia (SL), Croatia (HR), Slovakia (SK), Czech Republic (CZ), Hungary (HU), Romania (RO), Bulgaria (BG), and Italy (IT). Orders are shipped from Slovenia, and delivery can take up to 5 business days. All notifications regarding shipping status and tracking information are sent via email.
6. Return and Refund Policy
Customers have 48 hours from the delivery date to report any issues, such as incorrect engraving or incorrect items received. Due to the personalized nature of the products, refunds are not possible after this period. All customers receive a 1-year warranty covering issues such as jewelry changing color, pendants falling off, or engraving fading.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the site, including product images, designs, and written content, is the property of Ecommerce Engraving S.R.L. and cannot be reproduced without written permission.
8. User Responsibilities
It is the responsibility of the user to ensure accuracy when entering engraving information and shipping details. Errors in engraving details and shipping addresses provided by the customer are the customer’s responsibility and are not grounds for a refund or replacement.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for damages beyond the value of the purchased item. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that our liability is limited to the fullest extent permissible by applicable law.
10. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any substantial changes through the website or via email.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any disputes arising out of your use of this site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Romanian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Romania.
